The Curriculum includes in-lesson exercises. The Playground is open to everyone: realistic exercises, Claude AI coaching on every scored prompt (five dimensions, one concrete fix, and a rewritten version), and a rolling AI Proficiency Score. Free accounts get 3 scored prompts a day; any curriculum purchase makes practice unlimited.

Every scored Playground attempt updates a rolling average, your composite score out of 10. Claude scores each prompt on clarity, specificity, structure, context, and output specification, so the score reflects real prompting skill rather than keywords.
