We want you to be satisfied with your WellPrompted purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for courses and subscriptions purchased through wellprompted.ai, operated by 29AI, LLC.

At a Glance

  • 7-day refund window from the date of purchase
  • No refund if you have completed more than 25% of the course
  • No refund after a course is fully completed
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; no refund for the current billing period
  • Free courses are not eligible for refunds (no charge was made)

1. Course Purchases

If you purchase a course and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course content.

Refunds are not available if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
  • You have completed more than 25% of the course modules
  • You have completed the course in full
  • A certificate of completion has been issued

Whichever condition is met first (the 7-day window closing or exceeding 25% completion) determines eligibility. Both conditions must be satisfied for a refund to be granted.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (monthly or annual) can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund is issued for the remaining time in the current billing period
  • Your account reverts to the free tier once the billing period ends

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at jack@wellprompted.ai with:

  • Your account email address
  • The course or subscription you would like refunded
  • The reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to grant exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
