• Device information: browser type, operating system, and screen resolution

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: to process payments securely
• Hosting providers: to serve the application (e.g., Railway)
• AI model providers (Anthropic): to score Playground submissions (the prompt text you submit, without your name or email)
• Email providers: Resend for transactional email (receipts, password resets) and Loops for product and marketing email, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
• Analytics (Plausible): privacy-friendly, cookie-free page analytics that don't identify individual visitors
• Advertising (Google): only if you accept advertising cookies, to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases (see Section 6)
• Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, or legal process

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (on your Account page, or by emailing jack@wellprompted.ai), we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, financial records).

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

We use:

• Essential cookies: keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and remember campaign source parameters from the link you arrived on. These are required for the Services to work.
• Analytics: we use Plausible, which measures page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
• Advertising cookies (optional): if you click "Accept" in our cookie banner, we load Google's advertising tag, which sets cookies to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups or purchases and may be used for ad personalization by Google. If you click "Decline" or ignore the banner, this tag never loads.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie choices" link in the site footer, or through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of the Services.
